Brian Geraghty (Brian Timothy Geraghty) is an American actor well known for his role in the Academy Award-winning film The Hurt Locker. He is as well known for having been featured alongside Denzel Washington in the 2012 film Flight, and for his recurring role in the acclaimed HBO drama series Boardwalk Empire. He is also known for being featured as a regular on NBC’s Chicago P.D. from 2014 to 2016.

He later got back to the set of ‘Law & Order: SVU’ to reprise his Chicago TV franchise character Officer Sean Roman in a crossover episode between the two NBC police/legal dramas. His character engages in a volatile face-off with Jake Gyllenhaal’s Anthony “Swoff” Swofford.

He later got back to Los Angeles, Geraghty had not been part of any major theatre production. He as well joined the cast of HBO’s historical crime drama series ‘Boardwalk Empire’ as Agent Warren Knox/James “Jim” Tolliver. He as well guest-starred in ‘The Sopranos’, playing a counter boy in the eighth episode of the first season.

He later got featured as Timmy Cleary opposite Martin Sheen’s John Cleary in Los Angeles’ Mark Taper Forum’s 2010 production of ‘The Subject Was Roses’.
