SportsInteraction History And License

SportsInteraction is one of the most recognized names in the industry, mostly because it has been around since 1997 – one of the first and longest-lasting sportsbooks out there. Today their business model has shifted from a user-friendly website interface to be one of the most innovative mobile betting platforms of any book.

The company is based out of Canada and besides the U.S they also restrict players from both France and Australia. Those fortunate enough to gain access to the site can enjoy a plethora of betting options and reliable service that has earned SIA a B+ rating that has maintained since 2011.

SportsInteraction Bonus | Promotions

Most of the Sportsinteraction bonuses are seasonal and limited mostly to major events. The Super Bowl, NCAA Tournament, and major events in golf (Masters), auto racing (Daytona 500, Indy 500), soccer (World Cup) are the best times to look for reload bonuses or free bets. Sportsinteraction’s main promo is a 10% match on your first deposit, although it is limited to $100. For those looking to deposit and play, it’s important to do so with a full amount to take advantage of the “free” $100 and to follow the site on twitter for regular updates on any promotions and bonus codes.

SportsInteraction Live

The live betting section of Sports Interaction was pretty awesome and definitely something to get excited about. The conveniently have all the sports with action running along with top of the page, as well as the ability to switch to a listing by event, and even an upcoming schedule of what they’re going to be offering live action on.

While this doesn’t sound like much different from other online sportsbooks that offer live betting, it is the way that it’s laid out that sparked our interest. It’s extremely clean and simple to follow along and figure out what it is you’re looking to find. Often, live betting portals can seem overwhelming and be almost scary for newer bettors (and even some seasoned bettors who are new to live to bet). Sports Interaction did an incredible job of getting things arranged and presented in a fashion that’s easy to follow and easy to see what you have the option of betting on.

Additionally, they have red and green box outlines and arrows that will highlight the different bets as the odds change. Green means the odds have shifted to a more favorable payout, while red means they have shifted to a less favorable payout. The best part is that you don’t have to click anything to get these to update. They update smoothly and in real time, so you have the maximum time to try and get in any bets or favorable lines that you see.

SportsInteraction Site

The organization and layout are fantastic. You can quickly find the sports you want to bet on over on the left-hand side of the page. Within each of these, you’ll see a drop-down menu that has the different leagues or country options within that sport. A lot of online sportsbooks somehow find a way to get this cluttered or difficult to navigate. That’s not the case with Sports Interaction.

Additionally, they have a few added features to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. At the bottom of the sports list, they have a search function where you can type in pretty much anything to pull up the game or event you are looking to bet on. At the top of the sports list, they have a recent tab which automatically grabs the most recent sports or event categories you selected. What was cool was it even did this before we logged into our account. If there are a few sports or leagues you regularly bet, you’re going to love this feature because it’s going to save you a lot of time.

The betting slip on the right-hand side of the screen is pretty standard for what you’d expect from a higher quality online sportsbook. There is one thing that we mentioned already that we would like to see changed. If you select a bunch of individual bets from the middle of the page to be added to your bet slip, they are automatically treated as a parlay. This means if you want to make a bunch of individual bets you are going to have to do them all individually.

Other online sportsbooks give you the option of treating the bets as a parlay or splitting them up as individual bets on the same ticket. Additionally, those sites will allow you to bet the same dollar amount for each bet saving you a little bit of time. While this is not a deal-breaker by any means, we would like to see this changed at some point by Sports Interaction.

That being said, the ability to turn a bet into a parlay or a teaser is extremely easy. All you have to do is add multiple bets to the slip, and it will automatically be a parlay. If you want to convert your bets to a teaser, you click one button and then select the type of teaser you want. It’s pretty easy and takes about two seconds to change from a parlay to a teaser.

Also, Sports Interaction gives you an easy checkbox to have a copy of your betting slip emailed to you once you confirm it. This is a nice perk especially if you like to keep meticulous records of your bets. Also, some people like to have a printout to keep with them during the game in case they are going to be somewhere without their phone, somewhere without great cell service, or just want to save their battery juice if they’re out of the house for a full day’s slate of games. Constantly logging into your sportsbook account over and over again to see what you bet and what lines you got will quickly drain any phone or smart device’s battery. It’s the little things that count.

One of the strongest parts of the Sports Interaction interface is their live betting section. It’s hard to put into words how clean and well laid out it is, but we assure you it’s definitely worth taking a look at. Games can be viewed by sport, event list, or my upcoming schedule. The bet themselves are organized and laid out intelligently for each game you’re betting.

SportsInteraction Casino

The casino at Sports Interaction is extensive. A lot of times when we see a casino attached to a sportsbook, we don’t expect much. At best, we hope to find somewhere to get a little bit of a rush in when we want a change of pace from betting sports. But, we were pleasantly surprised to see the site has an extensive casino and live casino.

SportsInteraction Customer Service

Customer service at Sports Interaction is great. First, they have several options to choose from. You can submit a contact form request, email them, call them toll-free, or utilize their live chat function. All of these options (though not explicitly stated) appear to be available 24/7/365.
